For more than 20 years Virginia’s most prominent businesses and community leaders have been supporting the work of Prevent Blindness through their participation in the Swing for Sight Golf Classic. We invite you to join us for this year's tournament. Be a part of a Richmond tradition and in doing so, help our school based vision screening programs to reach almost 400,0000 children each year. 80% of what a child learns in a normal classroom setting is through vision; that’s why healthy vision in the classroom is critical to success in schools. Help us promote and protect healthy vision in the classroom and insure that Virginia’s children are all starpupils®.
Each year, more than 360,000 children in Virginia's public schools benefit from our starpupils programs, which make "best practice" vision screenings available to all students and provide access to free eye exams and glasses for those in need.
